It's time to brace for the next Powerlifting competition here at our gym: Back Alley Liftmass! Mark your calendars for December 8th as we bring you the best competition in downtown Toronto! Whether you're a seasoned lifter or completely new to the game, this is your chance to be part of the hottest competition in town. Spectators welcome!
